Closing is February 10 2010 - Senior Program Test Manager, Fortune 500, Consulting and Retail Experience required.
• Participate in initial due diligence for Testing Services (STS) organization, includes meetings, analysis, estimation, generating proposal, high level test plan etc
• Coordinate with the off-shore test management teams & ensure that complete knowledge transfer takes place between the onsite and offshore teams
• Coordinate with the system coordinator/QA Leads on status/deliverables on a need basis.
• Coordination with all the onsite test coordinator/ lead with regards to the latest status and delivery schedule for each of their projects prior to the status meetings.
• Coordination with the offshore test manager and offshore test lead with regards to the latest status and
• Do monthly critical skills analysis and for every resource that is critical to the project, need to come up with a plan to implement the Training/ Certifications to mitigate the risk
• Ensure that processes and procedures at a individual project level are implemented in accordance to agreed upon standards within Shared Testing Services organization
• Ensure that the metrics reports are prepared for each and every project where it is applicable
• Review the weekly consolidated status reports to the customer on all the projects executed within Shared Testing Services organization
• Coordinate and assist the account team in various business development initiatives
