We understand that your business needs to run smoothly with minimal disruption.
Templife will ensure that you are satisfied with the candidates within the first 3 months of the contract or we will find a replacement at no cost to you. Termination of employee must meet proper cause guidelines outlined in the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
- Contract must be longer than 6 months
- Employer must have proper cause within 3 month period
- Employee activity for cause must be documented at least 1 week prior to termination within 1 month timeframe.
- Employee decides to leave your organization.
- Guarantee will not be honored if Employer is downsizing or re-structuring within 1 month period.
