We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our technical recruiting services and candidates within the first month of the contract or we will refund 75% of our finder’s fee or hourly rate based on pre contract negotiations. Termination of employee must meet proper cause guidelines outlined in the Ontario Employment Standards Act.
- Contract must be longer than 6 months.
- Employer must have proper cause within 1 month period.
- Employee activity for cause must be documented at least 1 week prior to termination within 1 month timeframe.
- Written Warning for cause must be issued to Employee by Employer at least once within a 1 month period.
- Guarantee will not be honored if Employer is downsizing or re-structuring within 1 month period.
We agree to release employee and refund 75% of finder’s fee or hourly rate based on the above information. |
